Will my company email break while the site is rebuilt?
No. We only change where the website address points. Mail records, mailboxes and old messages stay untouched. We agree everything with you before switching and pick a quiet moment.
Do I have to write the text and find the photos myself?
No. We take the content from your existing site, fix the language, restructure it and lay it out. If you have your own photos we will use them. If not, we will suggest a solution.
Is it really five working days?
Yes, when we get the material on day one. On day three you see a working prototype on your own phone, and on day five the site is live on your domain. If we are late through our own fault, the price does not change.
Do you issue a VAT invoice?
Yes, we work officially with a contract. All prices on this site exclude VAT; VAT is calculated separately on the invoice. 50% upfront and 50% once you accept the result.
What if I do not like it?
You approve the design before any coding, on day two or three. Revisions at that stage are free and unlimited: we keep working until you say yes.
